The loft is full of candor and is a testament to young man’s classical education. Picking & Choosing
The tapestry behind the upholstered bed is a hand-painted Belgian linen that compliments the Chinese jade lamp atop the unassuming nightstand. The arrows and portrait to the right are pieces from the resident’s collection that made the cut when downsizing.
A governing fit
This dressing room and closet features steel engravings of the first twenty-two U.S. Presidents, with a spot for Mr. Washington on a wall of his own. To complete the look there are two leather chairs sourced precisely for slipping on sleek shoes.
